The Jackson Transitional Housing Center Inc. (JTHC) is a licensed multi-service housing program dedicated to meeting the emotional and financial need of women and their children. JTHC is located in Macomb County offering a safe home, compassionate care, and life-changing support that strengthens families to rise from hardship and move toward independence.
JTHC provides counseling, support and housing in for women in need. JTHC is committed to ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents. Our residents have access to 24-hour advocacy support, resources and counseling. JTHC will allow women and their children to remain residents of the center for a period up to 6 months. The length of stay is specific to each client, based on established intake procedures and needs assessments.
JTHC offers services through community partnerships and collaborations, such as mental health treatment, educational advancement, safe housing and job placement.
JTHC is a registered 501(C)3 non-profit organization and is licensed with the State of Michigan. JTHC's overall organizational goal is to ensure our residents exit the program with increased income/opportunities, permanent housing, and the skills needed to successfully sustain a productive lifestyle.
